From the ground up the WTC™ experience is centered around providing the highest level of products, selection and service, while maximizing operational efficiency, and thus passing the savings through to our Members. From the way we buy products, to the way we execute and structure our daily operations, to our expert delivery logistics, and our efficient sales process, we are focused 100% on achieving the perfect balance of controlling costs and delivering on our promise to you, without sacrificing on the quality of our products, or on your overall buying experience.

There are many choices in products in today’s market, that may appear to look the same, but are not of equal quality. Just know that we choose our WTC Select™ Products carefully, and we will never offer you any products that are cheaply made, no matter how competitively we can buy them. WTC™ Custom Division

For those Club Members looking for that Unique, One of a Kind or Custom Product, we have our WTC™ Custom Division. Through the WTC™ Custom Division, the WTC™ provides Club Members with the ability to design specialty products created just for them. From Hand Painted Tile Murals, to Custom Floor Medallions of Mosaics, Water-Jet cut Marble, Glass or Metal to Custom Hand Molded Reliefs or Custom Embossed Leather Tiles, 14K Gold Tiles, Custom Mother of Pearl inlays and much more... WTC™ Extended WTC™ Member Services


	With the Quick Touch™ Sample Program, the WTC will ship sample(s) of the product(s) the Member is interested in seeing and touching before they buy. Available on most WTC Select products, and select other Brands. Members are required to pay for freight and the sample Items.


	Virtual Design™ is part of the WTC custom division. One of the WTC Special Custom Design Representatives will help to combine the right materials and the right design, for any custom project. From a Custom Tile Mural to custom water jet cut floor medallions we will produce just the right custom product for your special project.

		WTC personal assistance services, available to any Member not wanting to spend the time looking for that special item or design. Select Assist™ allows for one of our WTC Representatives to walk the Member around the site in real time, and target for them all available options quickly, and our staff will also be able to assist Members in achieving project specific design solutions and material selections.

	For any Member that is looking for a particular Brand or Product we do not already have on our site, our Product Finder™ service will engage the Wholesale Tile Club Buyers to locate the product for the Member, and if possible procure the product at Member Pricing.
