*At the Wholesale Tile Club, we want you to be 100% Satisfied with your Tile Order, so if for any reason you are not completely happy with your Tile, upon receipt of your Order, simply RETURN it for a full 7 Days of receipt!

General Return Guidelines and Info
Return Authorization is only granted on full orders. All or none of the material ordered must be returned.
* Our distributor | vendor must allow us to return your order to them for a refund.
All freight charges associated with the order and return, are the responsibility of the customer.
All return orders are subject to any and all distributor restocking fees (usually 20% - 30%).
Material must remain in original undamaged packaging.
Not all products purchased through the Wholesale Tile Club qualify for our 7 Day Return Policy, so please always check with your Sales Representative prior to placing your order. Our return policy is provided for the courtesy of our customers, and due to the possibility of certain abusive practices of said policy the Wholesale Tile Club reserves the ultimate right to refuse any return for any reason.
Return Authorization Process
No returns allowed after 7 days.
On return of your tile order, we will offer a full refund (via company check) minus restocking fees and shipping costs.
To start the return process, simply contact your Sales Representative or Customer Support.
Please have your order details and details about your return ready.
Please allow 24 hours for a claim representative to prepare your claim and contact you with specifics.
